All Orders are documented before shipping for legal purposes.

EXCEPTIONS

(1) In the event that you receive the wrong item(s), we will happily exchange any items if they have not been opened, all shipping costs will be covered by us. Refunds are also not available. 

(2) In the event that you receive the incorrect quantity of items, we will happily compensate you for the missing item(s) and ship the item to you free of cost.

SHOPXJEM is not responsible for any lost, stolen or packages delivered to the wrong address ( unless indicated otherwise)
